"Great training and facilty!"
My grandson is enjoying D-Bat so much. Watching his batting skills and confidence improve has been great. Brian Burthay does such a great job of teaching the skills of the game and discusses all aspecs of the game with him. Totally recommend D-Bat!

"Decent spot, machines can be hit or miss"
Been to D-BAT a few times now and it’s been alright overall. Some of the pitching machines work really well, but a couple kept jamming or throwing pitches all over the place. Staff did come over and help, which was nice, just wish the machines were a little more dependable

"Fair prices and nothing weird at checkout"
I used dbat.com recently, mostly because I was trying to get it done during my lunch break and didn’t want to spend half the afternoon comparing sites. The prices seemed fair to me, nothing looked randomly inflated, and I didn’t feel like they were nudging me into paying for extras I didn’t actually need. Checkout was simple enough too, which I appreciated because I’m not the most patient person when a site has too many steps. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I’d use them again

"Good progress with hitting lessons"
My son been going to D-BAT for hitting lessons and I can see a real difference. His swing looks a lot cleaner now and he’s got more confidence when he’s playing games. The coaches been really helpful and they explain things in a way that makes sense, not too complicated. Scheduling can be a little all over the place sometimes, but overall it’s been a good experience for us.

"Easy booking, but the confirmation was a little slow"
Booking online was straightforward and I didn’t run into any issues (which was nice). The only thing was that the confirmation took a bit longer to come through than I expected, but overall it was fine.

"We’ve been to a few classes and…"
We’ve been to a few classes and clinics now, and it’s been smooth every time. I kind of expected there might be some hidden push to sign up for more stuff or that the schedule would be a little chaotic, but that hasn’t been the case. Times are clearly communicated, the coaches seem prepared and actually know what’s going on, and my kid leaves happy, which is really the main thing for me.

"Great camp, honestly"
My son really loved this camp. The coaches were super friendly and made him feel comfortable right away, which was such a relief. He came home completely worn out every day, but in the best way, happy and full of stories. I mean, he was exhausted and kind of a mess by dinner, but also smiling, so I’ll take it.

"Friendly staff, just a bit of a wait"
The staff were really friendly and easy to talk to. I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first, but they helped me out without making it feel like a big deal. The only thing is, it did take a little while to get a reply, but overall it was a good experience.

"Polite team, but replies could be quicker"
The managers I dealt with were polite and seemed genuinely nice. The replies were a little slow at times and sometimes felt a bit unorganized, though it wasn’t a huge deal and they did try to help when they got back to me.

"Convenient location, frustrating parking"
The location is really handy, which is probably the main reason I keep coming back. But the parking can get so annoying sometimes that it almost feels like you’re trapped once you’re there, especially when it’s busy and you’re just trying to get in or out without a hassle.

"Quicker Than I Expected"
I used dbat.com the wait time was way better than I thought it would be. I was kind of expecting to sit there getting annoyed, but actually the pages loaded fast and I never felt like I was stuck waiting around. It’s not like I was blown away or anything—well, actually, it did make things a lot easier than I expected. Got through what I needed without any annoying delays, so yeah, it worked well for me.

"Pretty smooth overall"
I booked a time on dbat.com and then stopped by the location. I’ll admit, I didn’t think parking would matter that much to me, but it was actually really easy and made the whole visit less annoying. I didn’t have to drive around forever or park way out somewhere. The only thing was it got a little crowded near the front for a bit, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, I’d say it was a good experience. Not perfect, but the convenience definitely won me over. 4 stars.

"I really like that DBAT has…"
I really like that dbat has decent hours, because it makes it easy to stop by after work or after school stuff. You can usually fit it into your day without too much hassle. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is that I do wish some locations stayed open a little later on weekends. Still, it’s been handy overall.

"Pretty easy place to shop for baseball gear"
I was looking around for some baseball gear the other night after dinner, mostly because I realized my old glove has been sitting in the garage way too long. I checked out DBAT for their pro shop stuff and had a good experience. They had a solid mix of bats, gloves, and other gear, and it didn’t feel like I had to click around forever to find things. The prices seemed fair from what I could tell, and the site was easy to browse. I found what I needed quickly, which I always appreciate.

"I gave it a try it…"
I gave it a try it was okay overall. Nothing was really wrong with it, but after using it for a bit, I realized it just wasn’t the best match for what I was looking for. It might work better for someone else, but for me, it didn’t quite fit

"Clean and well-kept"
Everything looked clean when I visited. The cages were tidy and the floors looked good too. I’ve seen places where messes feel like a totally preventable problem, but that wasn’t the case here. No complaints from me.

"Fun Team, but the League Felt Disorganized"
I had a good time with my team and really enjoyed the people, but the league itself felt messy at times. Schedules and communication could’ve been handled better, a lot of the confusion seemed preventable. Still had fun overall, but the organization could definitely use some work...

"Solid equipment so far"
I’ve only been using it for a little while, but so far the equipment feels really solid and well made. No issues yet, and it seems like it’ll hold up good. Definately happy with it so far.
